Accredia-accredited laboratory no. 00674 since 2008. Results of accredited tests are recognised internationally through the EA MLA and ILAC MRA agreements (moving to GLOBAC). Recognition applies to accredited tests only.

Requests to amend test reports

The procedure follows document EA 2014(33)31. Requests must be sent by email only to report@biosan-lab.it.

Changes not permitted

In an issued report it is not possible to change the sample name, or the trade name or brand of the product (including manufacturer and batch number) provided by the client, even with a clear reference to the report it replaces. If different identification data are needed, the client must send a new sample: it will be tested again and a new report will be issued.

Changes permitted

Laboratory errors in the description or in data transcription can be corrected, as can client errors in sample identification or in the order (for example by adding details), provided they do not substantially change the identity of the product, such as a different batch or brand.

Biosan assesses at its own discretion whether a reissue request is admissible. Requests sent by other means or after the deadline stated in the order confirmation are not accepted. To avoid errors, please check draft reports carefully and report any inaccuracy promptly.
